Ascend 48 is extremely lightweight yet very sturdy. With a width of 48 cm, it offers space for around 7 to 10 standard-sized effects.
Since it inclines, effects in the second row are also easy to reach. There is plenty of space underneath the board for a power supply and up to two patchbays, leaving the entire surface available for effects.
It can also be expanded modularly, e.g. with a second level (Lift 36 or Lift 48) and side carrying handles, or in width. There is enough space for large effects loop switchers such as GigRig G2/G3 or Boss ES-8 (which, especially with the optional second level, allows for very compact and powerful setups).
There are several options for attaching effects: the classic way with Velcro or DualLock, or especially secure with the optional effect mounting kit, which allows (many, though not all) effects to be screwed directly onto the pedalboard.
Thanks to its well-designed dimensions, Ascend 48 is also compatible with various third-party cases and gigbags.
